Founded and led by Shaun Wills, LuxeKho works collaboratively with clients, designers, engineers and consultants from the earliest planning stages through to final completion. Our approach is built around clear communication, budget alignment, buildability advice and premium project delivery – ensuring every project is thoughtfully planned, professionally managed and executed to a high standard.

We approach every renovation with a structured process, from pre-construction planning through to the final walkthrough. We work closely with architects, interior designers and clients throughout the design and planning phase. Our role is to contribute construction knowledge to the design process, not arrive at the end of it. We help your team make better-informed decisions around buildability, spatial planning and material selection before the plans are finalised. Better design decisions early mean fewer problems later.

Before a trade sets foot on site, we develop a thorough programme covering consultant coordination, trade scheduling, approvals, material procurement and project milestones. This investment in the pre-construction phase gives every project a clear foundation. Our clients arrive at construction day knowing the plan is solid.
We introduce cost planning early and carry it through the entire pre-construction phase. We work alongside your design team to keep the project within a realistic budget framework as decisions are made. We price things as they happen, not after the plans are done. By the time a construction contract is signed, every party agrees on scope, specification and cost.
